Core7 Flex – Other Methods (Reef Supplements)

Designed for aquariums without refugiums, Core7 primarily maintains your reef’s three main dosing parameters:

  • Alkalinity (Alk)

  • Magnesium (Mg)

  • Calcium (Ca)

These are consumed as your reef grows and need regular monitoring and replenishment. Core7 also supplies essential trace elements and can be prepared for 2-part, 3-part or 4-part dosing to suit your equipment.

Why Use Them Together?

Core7 handles everyday supplementation, while ICP testing gives you a broader view of your water chemistry.

Using both helps you maintain your reef’s main parameters and check for other imbalances that may need correcting. Some corrections may require separate supplements or changes to aquarium maintenance.

How It Works

  1. Collect your water sample using the supplied test kit.

  2. Register your barcode online and post your sample to TRITON.

  3. Review your results and follow the recommended corrections where needed.

  4. Use Core7 for regular dosing, following the preparation instructions and adjusting the dose to your aquarium’s needs.

Continue regular home testing, especially alkalinity, to guide dosing between ICP tests.
